Terms you agree to when you buy
By tapping Get full access, starting checkout, or completing a payment you confirm you are 18+ and you agree to these policies in full — refunds, cancellation, fair use, and DMCA included. If you do not agree, do not buy.
Starting checkout, completing a payment, redeeming access, or using the member library, Request Bot, AI tools, Discord, or Telegram means you have read and accepted these policies. Pleasure House is for adults 18 years or older only.
Purchase agreement
Pleasure House sells digital access: a video library, request tools, AI generation (where included in the plan), and community channels. Access is licensed to you personally. You do not buy the underlying files, and you do not get a right to copy, sell, or republish them.
Prices shown at checkout (Monthly, Lifetime, Ultra Lifetime, and any add-ons such as Live Pass or AI Chat) are the prices you accept. Crypto payments are final once the network confirms them. Card payments are processed by Stripe; their failure or delay is not a Pleasure House refund by itself.
We may change features, catalogs, bots, and channel layouts. A catalog that grows or is reorganized is not a defect. Lifetime and Ultra mean we will not charge you again for that plan; they do not freeze the product in the exact form it had on the day you paid.
Chargebacks, payment disputes filed in bad faith, or fraud get the account closed. We may refuse service to anyone.
Refunds
This is digital adult content delivered immediately. Completed purchases are not refundable once access has been granted, except you never received access (email support@pleasurehouse.vip within 48 hours), a duplicate charge, or a refund a law that actually applies to you requires.
We do not refund change of mind, the wrong plan, AI output you dislike, a performer who is not in the catalog, a ban for breaking fair use, or a forgotten password. Lifetime and Ultra have no unused balance to cash out. Monthly fees already collected for a started period are not prorated. Full copy: refunds.
Subscription cancellation
Monthly renews until you cancel. Cancel in the Stripe billing portal or with the Cancel subscription button on your dashboard. That stops the next renewal. You keep access until the period you already paid ends. We do not refund the current month because you cancelled mid-cycle.
Lifetime and Ultra do not renew. Closing an account does not create a refund. If the portal cannot find a subscription, email support@pleasurehouse.vip from the account address with the subject Cancel monthly. Full copy: cancellation.
Fair use
The license is personal, private, non-commercial viewing. Do not share logins, Discord invites, Telegram links, or MEGA folders. Do not scrape, dump, or rehost the library, request stills, or AI outputs. Do not upload anyone 17 or under, or anyone who did not consent, into AI or Request. You and everyone depicted must be 18+.
We may terminate without refund for sharing, scraping, or abuse. Copyright claims go through DMCA. Full copy: fair use.
Age and legality
You represent that you are at least 18 and that viewing adult material is legal where you are. We may ask for age assurance. We do not serve users we believe are minors. You are responsible for the laws of your country, including payment and adult-content rules.
AI and Request Bot
AI generations and request results are produced from your inputs and our models/pipeline. Outputs can be wrong, delayed, or refused. Included credit bundles are not cash and expire according to the plan copy shown at purchase. You keep no claim to model weights.
Account data
We store the email, plan, and access state needed to run the member account. Support mail is handled at support@pleasurehouse.vip. Full policy: Privacy.
