Subscription cancellation

By tapping Get full access, starting checkout, or completing a payment you confirm you are 18+ and you agree to these policies in full — refunds, cancellation, fair use, and DMCA included. If you do not agree, do not buy.

Monthly renews until you cancel. Cancel in the Stripe billing portal — enter the email you paid with, open the subscription, and cancel it there. That stops the next renewal. You keep access until the period you already paid ends. We do not refund the current month because you cancelled mid-cycle.

Members can also tap Cancel subscription on the account page. Same Stripe portal.

Lifetime and Ultra do not renew. Closing an account does not create a refund. If the portal cannot find a subscription, email support@pleasurehouse.vip from the account address with the subject Cancel monthly.

If your card processor also has a cancel control, use it and tell us so both sides stop.
