What to write

• Access or login. The email on the account, and whether you bought through the site checkout or a bot.
• Missing library / Discord / Telegram. Which product you paid for and what you expected to unlock.
• Duplicate charge or never received access. Payment time, method (card or crypto), and any transaction id. See refunds.
• Cancel a monthly subscription. Use the Stripe billing portal or the Cancel button on your dashboard. See cancellation.
