Refunds

By tapping Get full access, starting checkout, or completing a payment you confirm you are 18+ and you agree to these policies in full — refunds, cancellation, fair use, and DMCA included. If you do not agree, do not buy.

This is digital adult access delivered as soon as payment clears (library, Discord/Telegram, AI, Request). Completed purchases are not refundable once access has been granted, except:

• You never received access. If checkout succeeded and we did not unlock the account, Discord, or Telegram, email support@pleasurehouse.vip within 48 hours with the payment time, method, and the email you used. We will complete delivery or refund that payment.
• Duplicate charge. If you were billed twice for the same plan in error, we refund the duplicate. Keep the statements.
• Legal requirement. If a law that actually applies to the transaction requires a cooling-off or refund right, we honor that law. Many regions exclude digital content once performance has begun with your consent — checkout is that consent.

We do not refund because you changed your mind, picked the wrong plan, forgot you already had an account, expected a specific performer who is not in the library, dislike AI output, were banned for breaking fair use, or lost a password (use password reset).

Lifetime and Ultra are one-time digital licenses. There is no unused balance to cash out. Monthly fees already collected for a period that has started are not prorated. Crypto is final once confirmed.

To stop a monthly renewal instead of asking for a refund, use cancellation.
