Privacy policy

Pleasure House (“we”, “us”) operates pleasurehouse.vip and related member services. This policy describes what we collect and why. Adults 18+ only.

What we collect

• Account: email address, username, plan, access state, password hash, session identifiers.
• Payments: Stripe or crypto checkout metadata (we do not store full card numbers; Stripe processes cards).
• Discord / Telegram: user IDs and roles needed to grant or revoke community access when you link or purchase.
• Support: messages you send to support@pleasurehouse.vip or our Discord support channels.
• Usage: basic logs (IP, user agent, pages/API calls) for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.

How we use it

To provide digital access you paid for, send transactional email (setup links, receipts, security codes), assign Discord/Telegram roles, respond to support, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Marketing email includes an unsubscribe option where applicable.

Sharing

We use processors such as Stripe (payments), hosting (e.g. Vercel), email providers, and Discord/Telegram APIs. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our users and service.

Retention

We keep account and billing records while your membership is active and as needed for taxes, disputes, and security. You may request deletion of personal data by emailing support@pleasurehouse.vip; some records may be retained where required.

Your choices

Update email in your account dashboard where available. Unsubscribe from marketing via the link in those emails. For access or deletion requests, contact support@pleasurehouse.vip.

Discord application

Our Discord bot uses your Discord user ID and server membership to verify purchases and assign roles. We do not read guild channel messages except where you interact with the bot (commands, buttons, or direct messages you send to the bot).
